Founded in 1995, we are the first open-kitchen, fast-serving Italian restaurant in California. Our menu is authentic Italian-style food and our service is exceptional. Our family of restaurants included many prestigious restaurants such as Ciao Trattoria, Tesoro Trattoria, Pasta Primavera, and MamaMia.
We are proud of our excellent, top-quality ingredients made fresh daily. We cook every item on our menu on a daily basis. Pasta Roma only uses fresh chicken breast with no fat or skin. Our delicious Garlic rolls are baked fresh hourly for the best possible taste. Unlike many other Italian restaurants, our Pizza is hand-made from scratch using only real Mozzarella Cheese and fresh dough (not frozen).
